Training Needs Analysis Questionnaire

Thank you for taking the time to complete this questionnaire. There are 17 questions that should only take a few minutes to complete. In order to avoid errors in our results please review your answers before submitting the form. Please only submit one form.

Information gathered from your answers will be used by the DEMOS Project to design online staff development materials to inform the academic community of the issues faced by disabled students in higher education.

The project is funded by the Higher Education Funding Council for England under the special initiative - Improving Provision for Disabled Students and the results will be collated and disseminated on a national basis.

Individual questionnaires will remain anonymous and will only be used for the purposes of the project outcomes.
