Clarity of Objective

As part of the project the objectives are required to be clear and achievable. They are:

To create an accessible learning environment for Deaf people to enter nurse education;
To evaluate the learning experience and outcomes for the students and follow the students into employment identifying choice of employment and promotional issues;
Clearly identify any barriers that exist in the clinical educational environment;
From the evaluation develop a framework of support/access for other minority groups to use leading to widening access into nursing.
