DEMOS Project - Steering Group: Terms of Reference

to advise on the direction and implementation of the project
to monitor progress and ensure adherence to the project plan
to monitor the project budget and to make recommendations thereon
to seek specialist advice where appropriate
to receive regular reports from the Project Co-ordinator and Evaluator
to ensure effective communication and dissemination within each of the participating institutions
to make regular reports to the P&R Committee
to consider and recommend strategies for the continuation and development of the initiative after the life of the project

The group met approximately once per month.
